Nothing in these Terms limits vinpk's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own gross negligence, as such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of your legal agreement with vinpk.
